My name is Hailey Cabeceiras and this is my fashion blog, Hot Girl Talk. I studied fashion design and merchandising at the University of South Carolina and have since been longing for an outlet for my thoughts and ideas on the fashion industry. I attempted the costumer facing side of retail (AKA working the floor/register) and I found that it was not fulfilling for me.
